My background in journalism shapes my work: asking the right questions, uncovering the "why" behind behaviors, and communicating insights that enable strategic decisions.
Microsoft Foundry is a platform for building, deploying, and governing AI agents and applications. Through a partnership with The University of Washington, myself and three UX designers conducted a usability study to evaluate how users discover AI models for their use cases.
Our research resulted in a dedicated "Find models" entry point streamlined navigation and made discovery immediate.
Envoy Airlines is a regional airline wholly owned by American Airlines, operating more than 160 aircraft and 800 daily flights. I led the redesign of a 130-slide, four-hour training curriculum for new hire flight attendants, focusing on content strategy, instructional design, and technical writing to improve engagement and comprehension.
Smooth transitions and minimal supporting text added to guide students through content.

UX researcher and instructional designer. I thrive in complex, ambiguous spaces. I love a good story and the people behind it.
